GRAPE HARVEST 2022 - CHARDONNAY

We keep on harvesting! Today, 16 August 2022, we have finished with the muscat and we have started with the second of our white varieties: the chardonnay.

Like the previous variety, the grape shows a perfect sanitary aspect for vinification We pick all hte grapes by hand in 12 kg crates and after a selection we take them to our winery to cool before being processes to obtain the must.

Our Chardonnay 2022 will be present in our wines: Memòries de Biniagual Blanc 2022 and Finca Biniagual Verán Blanc 2022.
