You have the right to cancel this contract within 12 weeks without providing any reason. The cancellation period ends 12 weeks from the day on which you or a third party named by you, (not the carrier), took possession of the final shipment of goods.
In order to exercise your right to withdrawal, you must send us a clear statement of your intention to withdraw from the said contract (e.g. with a letter sent by post or an e-mail).

The withdrawal to take effect it is sufficient that you notify us of your intention to exercise the right of withdrawal before the end of the withdrawal period.

RESULT OF WITHDRAWAL
Following your withdrawal from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of an alternative form of delivery rather than the standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the date upon which we receive notification of your withdrawal from the contract. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction in order to effect the refund, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise; and under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement. We will collect the goods and we will cover the cost of returning the goods. You will only have to pay for any depreciation in the value of the goods if this loss in value is due to any handling of the goods that is not strictly necessary in order to check the condition, characteristics and working order of the goods.
