Despite careful stocking, it may occur that a promotional item sells out faster than we have foreseen. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication regarding your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.<\/p>

RESULT OF WITHDRAWAL<\/strong><\/span><\/p>

Following your withdrawal from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of an alternative form of delivery rather than the standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the date upon which we receive notification of your withdrawal from the contract. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction in order to effect the refund, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise; and under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement. We will collect the goods and we will cover the cost of returning the goods. Please note that there is no right of cancellation for purchase contracts of perishables or goods whose expiry date would quickly be exceeded (this does not apply to our wines), or for purchase contracts for alcoholic beverages, because the price for these was agreed upon confirmation of the contract and as the time of delivery for alcoholic beverages is at least 30 days after this confirmation of the contract and their value depends on fluctuations in the market over which we have no control.<\/p>

Despite all due care and attention, it may happen that, contrary to expectations, you do not like a wine. No problem! If you wish, you can send the unopened bottles back – shipping will of course be at our expense. The fastest way to process this is to notify us of your return request by email to info@finca-biniagual.com<\/a>.
